Dell Inspiron 1525 Hackintosh Screen Color

color-wheelWithout actually changing your settings it probably looks like your screen color looks just fine, right? That’s what I thought too!

Thankfully I ran into a comment over at Dailyblogged posted by zoharxero, which let me know what I was missing.

Zoharxero was kind enough to upload his screen calibration which he made using shareware and it looks fantastic.

Although the comment went quite unnoticed I feel that with this brought to light it will make your hackintoshes a tad bit better

1) Download the calibration file. color-calibrations (Now updated with zoharxero post)

2) Navigate to “Macintosh HD/Library/Colorsync/Profiles” and drop the file in there.

3) Now open up “System Preferences” and go to “Displays” and hit the “Color” tab and Select “30 arb nat”

4) Enjoy the amazing color.
