For those of you unaware of what chameleon is it is the bootloader that you use to start mac.

Are you tired of it looking all boring?

Well good news for you, the chameleon team just released the newest bootload which even mac users will be jealous of.

1) You can find your way over to http://chameleon.osx86.hu/articles/chameleon-20rc1-is-out and download the installer package.

2) Run that installer and you’re in business

3) Your startup screen will look this now. Sexy right?

If you want to use it and are on anything other than 10.5.6 you will have to install chameleon and then follow my instructions.

Alright for those of you still reliant on the sleep trick and are constantly getting those annoying disappearing icons here is a guide for you to put an end to all of that. read more »
